Happy St. Patty's Day!

The pubs in town are crazy crowded tonight. I passed by several on my way to dinner and they were having a blast in honor of St. Patrick's Day.
I finally got over my cold. The congestion and raspy voice seem to last longer then the cold itself.

New this week! Two new wallets and one clutch.

The first wallet is actually made from one of my all time favorite fabrics! I have been looking for this print for ages. It has been out of print for a while. It was shear luck that I even found it.

Trifold Wallet In Yellow Birds and Leaves:

The second wallet is so dainty and the fabric is waaay more gorgeous in person then online. I picture this fabric being great for a wedding and great to add to your spring/summer collection.

Trifold Wallet In Melon Cherry Blossoms:

The third item is a clutch. I absolutely love this faux leather. I feels super soft, smooth and is high quality.

It comes with a dectachable wristlet strap.

The inside is a 100% cotton fabric and a small pocket for a cell phone and any other extras.

I also made this clutch smaller then the last two clutches in the shop.

The Measurements:
Smallest Point-11 1/2"
Widest Point-13 1/2"
Length7"
Wristlet-8 1/2"

WVH Clutch In Burgundy Faux Leather:

I plan on making a sewing pattern for this clutch and allowing the buyer to sell the finished product.
I hope you like my new items. I had fun making each one.
Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your weekend everyone! Happy St. Patty's Day!

New Clutches

This week has been a rocky one. I came home from a wonderful weekend with the family and at the beginning of the week I became very ill.
I'm still getting over this cold. I'm not sure if it was the flu but boy it's been to long since I have gotten sick.
It's truly a sucky feeling!!

New this week are clutches! Finally some clutches in the shop. I have been wanting to make some clutches for the longest. It was just hard to settle with a final design.
I plan on designing more clutches in the future. I also made the clutches match the wallets so you can purchase the sets.

WVH Clutch In Golden Birds:

WVH Clutch In Botanica Leaves:
The clutches feature a detachable wristlet strap, interior pocket for your extras, and a zipper closure to keep your items secure.

The Measurements:
Smallest Point-12"
Widest Point-14"
Length-8"
Wristlet-7 1/2"

More clutches and wallets will be added to the shop this week. Keep your eyes peeled for any coupon codes that I post in my shop announcements for discounts on your purchases!

Hey everyone!
So as I sit here watching my marathon of Resident Evil eating animal crackers, I'm thinking of what my next design will be for my next item.
I want to design some sort of clutch/purse. I have some great ideas but I have to bring them to life before I can give more details.
So I will just share three next business card cases that I just added to the shop.

Two New Designs!

This week I have been super busy trying to design simple but cute accessories to carry around to make your life a bit more organized and stylist.
First up this week is the WVH Bifold Wallet. It can be your everyday basic wallet if your the type to carry around cards only. I know there are some people out there that never carry cash and all their money is in the bank. If you do carry cash no worries you can still put some cash in this wallet. You can fold it up and slide it into the top pockets.

Make it yourself! It is perfect for beginners!

Second for the week is the WVH Business Card Case. This little cutie is a miniature version of the Trifold Wallet. I needed a more stylist way of carrying my business cards around. You can hold a substantial amount of cards in it and they stay perfectly protected.

Make it yourself and use up those old scraps of fabric you keep throwing in the trash. Instead of throwing away perfectly good fabric use it to make this. Make several and give them away. They make perfect gifts! Check it out here!
Thanks for stopping by! Happy Sewing!

New PDF Pattern for The Out The Door Wallet

I have been working on this pattern for about a solid week and a half now trying to get everything perfect.
It is a very time consuming process. You have got to design the pattern first and make sure everything is perfect. I made about 4 different prototypes and each one came out different. Each one was improved upon each time and the next looked better then the last.
To are up for sale in the shop here and here.
I decided to do a color picture tutorial with step by step of what to do next.
I think it came out gorgeous and easy to read.
You will learn how to install a magnetic snap and how to make a zipper pouch all in one.
It's up for sale now, so you can check it out here.

New Wallet Design

I design a new wallet. I designed it because I didn't want to lug around my giant purse with me when I go to the store or go out at night to dinner.I call it "The Out The Door Wallet"

It features 6 card pockets that are held securely by a magnetic snap strap. My cards don't slip or slid at all in there.

There is also a zipper pouch area for your phone, cash, coins, make-up, or what ever you feel like you need to carry to the store.
It can also be used for your everyday wallet or make up pouch.
I use it for my cell phone case and to hold my cash in.

The measurements are Length-4"(10cm) Width-7"(18cm)
I'm also working on a sewing pattern for this design and it should be done within the next few days.
It will include colored pictures that guide you to the finished product.
Let me know what you guys think! Check it out at here!

Random Attempt At Being Artistic

I was in the mood to take some pictures and I ended up having a random photo session with a few of the completed wallets I have in stock.
So here are some pictures of me attempting to be artistic.

They are super plain I know but I intend on using these for some promotional photographs for my business cards and fliers.
Hope you enjoyed and let me know what you think!

Random Introduction Of Nothingness

This morning is one of those mornings where you wake up and think that it is still dark and you go back to bed for a bit longer then wake up again, look at the clock and realize that it's later then you think.
It breezy, gloomy, and cool outside. I love waking up to mornings like these. That's only because it doesn't happen very often. I feel relaxed and calm just like the weather.
Just throw on a pot of coffee and I am ready to dive into my work and be productive.
I am currently still wearing my pajamas, drinking coffee, and continuing my Harry Potter marathon that has spilled over from yesterday. I am watching the Half Blood Prince now. Im about an hour and eighteen minutes into it and I really enjoy these movies. I need to read the books. Although I should have read them all before even watching the movies. That's on my list of things to do in my spare time...
Anyways, back to work for me. I have got to meet my daily goal today. Until next time.
